Robelene Mangonon


Robelene Mangonon is RPR’s President since it was found in 2012. She is in charge of guiding the whole RPR team in the recruitment-to-deployment process, working and negotiating with employers for their manpower needs, and handling major concerns of OFW’s abroad deployed through RPR. Credits to her 10-year work experience in Saudi Arabia, RPR has a good reputation and relationship with employers from the Middle East..


Rosita Malate

Chairman & CEO

With 30 years of experience working in Saudi Arabia, Rosita Malate is the visionary behind RPR and its success in helping Filipinos find jobs overseas. She helps others achieve success in overseas employment through top-level service, from the OFW’s recruitment needs, even on their concerns while working abroad. Her focus is on providing the right jobs, for the right workers, from the right employers.


Christopher Mangonon

Operations Manager

Christopher manages RPR’s operations in line with the rules implemented by POEA. He takes charge of processing the workers’ mandatory life insurance, overseas employment certificate (OEC), and other important legal OFW documents. He also fulfills the task of implementing memoranda for compliance with POEA rules and for the efficiency of the recruitment process.


Raymond Castro


Raymond is a founding member of RPR. He is responsible of handling most of RPR’s technical matters, such as installation and maintenance of office computers and other technology, maintaining access to important websites, such as, webmail, etc. He also supports RPR’s recruitment activities thru technologies, communication tools & databases management. He handles technical accounts as well.


Nestor Reyes

Processing Supervisor

With more than 20 years of experience in the recruitment industry, Nestor is an expert in complexities of the entire recruitment process. He supervises all document processing of RPR’s candidates for deployment. He ensures the authenticity of visas and others documents from abroad. He spends most of his work time in the embassy of Saudi, where he files all of the visa applications processed by RPR.


Jeson Rey Cantos

Recruitment Specialist/Coordinator

With a height of 6’3”, Jeson Rey sits tall in his office chair handling phone calls with employers and applicants alike. He also handles technical accounts, assisting aspiring OFW’s in finding jobs in the fields of construction, engineering, and aviation. He studied at Mapua Institute of Technology, where he took up a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology.


Ramon Carta Jr. 

Liaison Officer 

Ramon does a lot of travel with his favorite motorcycle. He is in charge of coordinating with POEA regarding the required documents to make RPR’s recruitment-to-deployment process fully legal. He also takes charge of assisting departing workers at the airport. If needed, he travels out-of-town to represent RPR in handling legal matters.


Cherryl Apostol

Documentation Officer

Cherryl takes charge of processing the documents of all overseas workers under RPR. This responsibility requires accurate data entry and keen document reviewing skills, and with Cherryl’s six years of experience in this field, she is considered an expert in this job. She took up a degree in Education at Gregorio Araneta University Foundation (now De La Salle Araneta University).


Albert John Sison


Albert is RPR’s front liner. He is good in accommodating applicants, be it walk-in or over-the-phone. His two-year experience in this job makes him able to handle other tasks, such as collecting details from all applicants and creating a database of all potential OFW’s out of those details.


Genalyn Zapata

Recruitment Supervisor

As RPR’s Recruitment Supervisor, Genalyn trains newly hired recruitment specialists, handles the recruitment-to-deployment process of the Ministry of Health in Oman and other large hospitals in the Middle East, and serves as the leader of the recruitment team. She has more than six years of experience in the field of recruitment and overseas deployment. She took up a degree in Nursing from Far Eastern University.


Geraldine Buraga


Geraldine’s passion with handling finances and learning more things about the corporate world led her to getting a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Our Lady of Fatima University, after getting a degree in Accountancy in her hometown, at St. Ferdinand’s College in Isabela. She manages RPR’s monthly budget, payroll system, monthly financial reports, and local and overseas financial transactions.


Charmaine de Asis

Recruitment Specialist

Charmaine graduated from University of Makati with a degree in Hospitality Management, Major in Travel and Tourism. She is currently assigned in handling medical positions, such as nurses, midwives, laboratory technicians, etc. Her wide experience in the recruitment industry makes her able to handle other technical positions as well. 


Billy Estella

Recruitment Specialist 

As a recruitment specialist, Billy focuses on helping jobseekers find opportunities abroad, mostly deployed to restaurants and malls in the Middle East. He is also responsible for communicating with the employers abroad and helping these employers find the workers best suitable for their standards. He is current taking up a degree in Software Engineering online through Brigham Young University – Idaho.


Elijah Javier Raymundo

Recruitment Specialist

Elijah Javier Raymundo also known as 'ELJAY' is currently assigned in handling medical positions, such as Nurses, Doctors, etc. He is also responsible for communicating with the employers abroad and helping these employers find the workers best suitable for their standards.


Denver Vener De Leon

Recruitment Specialist

As a recruitment specialist, Denver focuses on helping jobseekers find opportunities abroad. Mostly Admin Assistants, Procurement officer, Senior Project Manager. His wide experience in the recruitment industry makes him able to handle other technical positions as well.


John Edward Marcelo

IT Specialist

"John Edward had finished BSIT in University of the East. As an IT Specialist, Edward provides technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. He is also responsible in making all systems operational both clients and internal employees. "
